National Family Caregivers Support Program (NFCSP)

The National Family Caregivers Support Program (NFCP) provides support, education, and service linkage to help the caregiver better understand when and how to access and utilize assistance.  The goal of this program is to provide stress reduction for caregivers and help them understand and better care for their loved ones.

Eligibility Requirements

• Caregiver must be caring for an individual who is 55 years of age or older and frail

                       OR

• Caregiver must be 55 years of age or older and caring for a grandchild or a family member with a diagnosed MR/DD condition that is 18 years of age or younger.
